Yes it is cold with skirts, haha, but I don't really care since I don't like trousers I prefer wearing skirts even if it's cold.. I feel better with skirts so I think the most important think is feeling good with the clothes you are wearing.. and during this cold weather I usually wear some thermo leggins under my tights or 2 pair of thights :3
